UV Protection Window Films
Fading is caused by ultraviolet rays, heat and visible light from the sun. Mr Tint's range of UV protection films reduce up to 99% of UVA and UVB rays and up to 78% of solar heat whilst also allowing natural daylight to travel through the glass.
UV fading can be an expensive problem for many businesses. Valuable assets such as furniture and upholstery can lose their value and look worn and aged. UV protection films are used to reduce the harmful UV rays emitted from the sun and reduce the effects of fading. The pie chart (fig.2) shows more about the causes of fading.
All of our solar control window films reduce up to 99% of UV rays which in turn helps to reduce fading. Available in an array of different shades and colours, each film varies in appearance and performance. We can provide free samples of each of our film types, allowing you to see first-hand how each product looks, feels and performs.
Mr Tint's experienced installation team cover the whole of the UK and are able to install film internally and externally. Whatever the size and shape of your building, our staff are fully qualified by IPAF and hold Powered Access Licenses (PAL), allowing us to tint any hard to reach windows.
